1. We intend to obtain freedom, sovereignty, and independence. We intend to create governments that protect the unalienable rights of humankind.
Governments are instituted to protect the unalienable rights of groups and individuals; when the government of a sovereign nation proves destructive to these ends, it is incumbent upon us, the People, to rethink, redesign and rebuild the system so that it recognizes and honors humankind’s fundamental right to self-determination.
2. We intend to achieve sustained, lasting peace.
All nations should commit themselves to unconditional world peace. The united states of america can lead this endeavor by honoring its 1941 pledge to “come to the abandonment of the use of force” on the grounds that “no future peace can be maintained if land, sea or air armaments continue to be employed by nations which threaten, or may threaten, aggression outside of their frontiers.” In light of this, all american military personnel should be withdrawn from foreign soil and each american machine of war should be liquidated.
3. We intend to control the economies in our communities.
While the individual pursuit of happiness can be the premise of any functioning economy, collective wellbeing is integral to the contentment of the individual. For a community to prosper collectively, then, individuals within that population must manage its commerce, regulate its trade and create employment. Therefore, entrepreneurs in any community have the fundamental right to function—or determine who functions--in their neighborhoods.
4. We intend to create jobs and housing suitable for the support of families.
Jobs and wages--regardless of the skill or complexity of the work--should generate enough money for individuals, families, and communities to adequately support themselves. Decent housing, fit for the shelter of human beings, should be accessible to all people.
5. We intend to build a justice system that reflects the true definition of ‘criminal behavior.’
Genuine criminal behavior is the abuse of social, political or economic power. Therefore, and with few exceptions, true acts of crime can be committed only by powerful people within the current social order. An efficient system of justice is one which researches, diagnoses and treats deviant behavior. With this in mind, the purpose of a justice system is to prevent, deter and—if needed—rehabilitate the so-called ‘criminal’ mind.
6. We intend to promote safety and security in our neighborhoods.
We will protect our neighborhoods from any force--state-sponsored or otherwise--that threatens our safety, survival and determination. We have the right to deal with counter-productive members of our neighborhoods in such a manner that empowers them to become active participants in community life.
7. We intend to experience the oneness of humankind.
Uniting the world's people requires us to abolish unhealthy states of mind such as white supremacy, black/brown inferiority, male supremacy or female inferiority. Since all of us are both victims and perpetrators of these harmful mental states, members of every race, ethnicity, and sex must work collectively to acknowledge and experience the oneness of humankind.
8. We intend to organize public education that meets our needs and promotes self-determination.
All children, regardless of economic background, are entitled to the same quality of education. A proper education will teach our children to diagnose and solve problems constructively, lead their communities, and determine their own destinies.
9. We intend to establish readily available sources of natural, healthy food.
Optimal food sources are organic and void of preservatives, unnatural processes, and genetic engineering. The most effective way a community can improve its food supply is to control its source. Therefore, every community is entitled to choose the quality and origin of its food.
10. We intend to construct affordable, accessible, comprehensive health care that promotes natural, healthy living.
The entire community is entitled to all forms of public health care. The best health care emphasizes a natural, healthy environment as well as a collection of lifestyle habits that promote holistic wellness. In striving for wellness, non-invasive medicine is the optimal treatment, and invasive medicine should be used only as a final resort.
